Seeking a 3-7 years' Associate Attorney with experience in Commercial and Business Litigation for a reputable, mid-sized Insurance Defense firm in Atlanta. The ideal candidate with strong experience in business-related disputes, handling commercial cases in state and federal court; experience in commercial transations, insurance coverage, and construction litigation a plus. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, experience in high-volume case management. A resourceful, time-efficient individual will thrive here for future career growth opportunities in complex commercial and high-dollar cases, in a team-oriented, collegial work environment.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Join a team of skilled business attorneys practicing in sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. Position is daily in-office with flexibility. Starting base compensation DOE $120K- $150K (higher comp structure for more senior attorneys), bonus structure, full suite benefits, 401K.
